Our 3D design process involves us meeting at your property to get your ideas, wants and needs. We will take notes, measurements and pictures. At our office we model your home, property and proposed design on the computer in three dimensions. A complete 3D model is then created.

The 3D model allows everyone to view the design from all angles, to see exactly what we have envisioned for your property. While at our office for the design presentation, if anything doesn't match your vision of a particular plant, paving stone, or shape of walls, it is very easy to change and you will immediately see the effect.

Prices start at $250 for the 3D landscape design process and include one print-out to take home. All paid design fees are credited to the installation contract if you choose to sign-up or are credited to the purchase price of materials if you purchase the majority of materials from us.

Presentation

The design presentation is held at our office. If you would like to change the look of a particular plant or paver style it is very easy to change and you will immediately see the effect.

Created and installed for a new-build home in Howell, MI. The client asked for a back yard patio with a fire pit and some softscaping around their deck. During the design showing, it was very easy for our clients to see exactly our vision from all angles.
